1. Services Provided

We provide audio production services including, but not limited to, mixing, mastering, podcast production, and sound design. All services are subject to the project scope agreed upon at the time of purchase.

To ensure high-quality results, the client is responsible for:

• Providing high-quality source files (stems) as per our technical requirements.
• Providing clear creative direction and reference tracks.
• Respecting the agreed-upon revision limits.

4. Payments & Project Delivery

• Payments are processed securely at the start of the project unless a deposit structure is agreed upon.
• Delivery dates are estimates. While we strive for punctuality, creative work may occasionally require more time.
• Final files are delivered only after the total balance has been cleared.

5. Prohibited Content

We reserve the right to refuse service for projects containing hate speech, illegal material, or content that violates third-party copyrights without proper licensing.

6. Limitation of Liability

Red Gem Global is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or the loss of project data after the 30-day archival period.
